Pastor Ed Beard
Pastor Ed Beard has a love for God, his family, and our great nation. It was this love that led him and his family to start Freestate Baptist Church. Since November of 2014, they have dedicated themselves to reaching the people of the Annapolis area with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. God is blessing His work here as He continues to build His church.
Where Church is Still Church
Timeless or trendy? Malls are trendy. Automobiles are trendy. Churches should feel timeless. With the forceful current of constant change sweeping over every part of our lives, people have the need to connect with something that endures. We believe Christ designed the church to fulfill that need by representing ageless truth and His eternal kingdom. Not old fashioned, as in fifty years ago, but timeless, as in the Cross.
